Nourish With Anna Smoothie

This healing, energizing and easily digestible green smoothie is a go to meal for me and my clients, especially pre or post workout. This smoothie is packed with the #nourishing3 ( protein + healthy fats + complex carbs). This is a term I coined after working with nutrition clients. This smoothie also aids in balancing out blood sugar and turning off appetite hormones.  

Do your best to always use NON GMO and organic ingredients when possible. 

Nourish With Anna Smoothie


  • 1.5 cup plant milk
  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach 
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax-meal
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1Tbsp nut butter
  • Dash of Cinnamon 


  • Add liquid to high speed blender
  • chop spinach and blueberries
  • add coconut oil and a dash of cinnamon
