"I started working with Anna Frumkin N.C. after suffering from digestive issues and energy-level issues for the past 8 months. With Anna’s help, I was able to recognize how my stress, eating habits, and lack of awareness was ultimately causing many of the problems I was experiencing. Through food journaling and one-on-one consultations, Anna was able to pin point some areas I could work on. "I cannot recommend Anna Frumkin N.C. enough! For years, I’ve suffered from low blood-sugar levels and stomach pain associated with IBS/GERD. Instead of seeking help, I stubbornly tried to diagnosis and fix my diet, cutting out trigger foods or treating symptoms as they arrived. Anna started me on a food journal to help me build more awareness of my actual diet. She discovered that I wasn’t eating many fats or proteins in the morning and suggested that I start incorporating them into my morning meals in order to help balance my blood sugar. She also advised I keep snacks on hand that help balance blood-sugar levels throughout the day. The suggestions worked on the first day! I haven’t had an episode of low blood sugar since. I contacted Anna for help with nutritional consulting to heal some joint inflammation. I'd been suffering for many months with pain and wanted to find a holistic, natural approach. Anna responded right away and we set up our initial 15 min call. She made me feel comfortable immediately and listened to my concerns about my health. I signed up for her 90 day coaching package and received my daily meal and activity journal. I sent it to her and we setup our first, 60 min call. She explained to me the problems in my diet, foods that cause inflammation, and talked about my daily routine. Her advice and recommendations has proved to be invaluable to me. I've committed to this fully and am happy to say that I have been pain free since. She convinced me that you can repair your health through the right diet and exercise.

Working with Anna has been a very enlightening and wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of valuable information about nutrition and how best to change my diet. The information is also very applicable and I was able to incorporate a lot of her suggestions into my routines. I’m a firm believer that the right people step into our lives when we’re ready to learn from them. That’s exactly what had happened to me- I had become miserable with my work/life balance and the never ending commute that left me with 40 extra lbs and a lower than low self-love. I stumbled upon Anna and boy am I forever grateful I did. She is one of those people that brightens the room when she enters and makes you feel heard and important. As great as she is as a person, she’s also very knowledgeable in nutrition and whole body wellness. Our calls every week were informative yet easy to follow and I learned so much. I often forgot she probably has many other clients because her approach was so personal and I never felt like I’ve been left to fend for myself until our next call.
